What is Conflict Coaching?

Conflict coaching is a one to one solution focussed process and is used to assist the client to reach their specific conflict management goal or specific skill

How does Conflict Coaching work?

Working collaboratively with an independent impartial experienced coach who will ask questions to:

How much does it cost?

This is dependant on how many sessions are needed but can cost as little as £250.00 for a single session generally a one off session would be used as relatively quick exploration to a specific situation.

Usually a programme of 4 to 6 sessions is generally recommended for clients wanting to develop new skills in dealing with interpersonal conflict.
